The Foundation Board welcomes donations from individuals, organisations and other charitable Foundations interested in improving patient safety and clinical outcomes in emerging nations.
All donations will be used to fulfil the purpose of the FEN by targeting improved quality in laboratory medicine performance in emerging nations.
General donations will be used at the discretion of the Foundation Board to support specific projects that have been approved through a peer review process. Examples are provided in the ‘Projects’ section of the website.
The Foundation Board is willing to collaborate with other interested parties to target substantial donations towards specific projects, as long as those projects go through the same peer review process.
All donations will be deposited in the FEN bank account (details below), which uses the stable Swiss Franc as its unit of currency. All donations will be acknowledged.
Potential donors to the FEN are encouraged to contact the Chair of the Board of Directors (chair@ifccfoundation.org) to discuss their donation and how it may be used and acknowledged.
The Foundation Board will be pleased to assist individuals to make arrangements to leave a legacy in favour of the FEN in their Will. Persons interested in creating a legacy should contact the Chair of the Board of Directors (chair@ifccfoundation.org) for further details.
